Deadly Dozen began as the world’s first fitness racing Track Race in Macclesfield.
What started as a single event has grown into a global movement — now raced across multiple countries with the same accessible, universal and scalable format that defined the original.
At its core, the Track Race is simple:
12 x 400m Runs + 12 x Labours
A format anyone can take on — but few can master.

The entire Deadly Dozen Track Race was completed while wearing a weighted rucksack. It is a more demanding, tougher endurance test for athletes seeking an increased level of challenge. (10 kg Male/6 kg Female)
