Solo, Pairs or Relay: understand your race format and prepare for the challenge. Solo and Pairs qualify by age group. Relays qualify on time alone, the fastest teams per division, and race in two categories only: Overall and Masters (team average age 50 or over). There is no age-group ladder for relays.
