Deadly Sprint — The Indoor Stadium Race
Deadly Sprint is the new indoor race format built for athletes who want speed, pressure, and a brutally honest test of fitness racing.
What is Deadly Sprint?
Deadly Sprint is the half-length version of the original track race format, designed to bring the race indoors while keeping the same pressure, rhythm, and identity.
Every athlete works through:
12 x 200m runs & 12 Labours
Same 24-station structure as the original track race
Same equipment: bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, and weight plates
The volume is reduced, but the intensity is not.
It is built for:
Athletes who want a shorter, high-speed race
Newcomers looking for a more accessible first event
Existing racers chasing pace, execution, and sharper transitions
Gyms and venues where indoor delivery matters
