The first Macclesfield Track Race proved that a simple format and universal movements could create an unforgettable test.

About Deadly Dozen
A clear standard to train towards, a start line to share and a community to keep you moving. That is the purpose behind Deadly Dozen.
THE BIRTH OF DEADLY DOZEN
One race. One location. A format built from running and universal functional movements. The original Track Race put every athlete on the same start line: 12 × 400 metre Journeys, each followed by one of 12 Labours.
The movements were accessible; the work remained honest. That balance became a global fitness methodology spanning training, racing, coaching and community.
The network now spans 39 countries. It brings experienced competitors and first-time racers together around the same commitment to effort.
The first Macclesfield Track Race proved that a simple format and universal movements could create an unforgettable test.
Track and Gym Races spread across the UK, Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania through local events and affiliate gyms.
The Institute and Academy connect purposeful training, coaching, education, recovery and community.
More formats, stronger coaching and one global standard keep the global fitness race moving.
THE CODE BEHIND THE RACE
Deadly Dozen is built on purposeful movement, disciplined preparation and respect for the people beside you. The standard matters; how we meet it matters more.
