Race Format
Relay (Teams of 4)
Each team member completes one Journey and one Labour before tagging the next.
Labours must be completed in order, but teams can customise the sequence to play to their strengths.
Teams can be same-sex or mixed (2 males + 2 females).
Pairs
Partners complete every Journey together, sharing the Labours however they choose.
Teamwork, pacing, and communication will define your success.
