Race this season

Deadly Dozen is the original global fitness race: twelve 400-metre runs around an athletics track, each followed by a functional exercise station. Track races run all season, and the dates below come straight from the race diary.

THE OTHER FITNESS RACE

Same kind of race
Your next start line

If the race you wanted is full, you do not have to wait for next year. Deadly Dozen mixes running with functional exercises against the clock, like other hybrid fitness races, but on a 400m athletics track: twelve laps, twelve exercise stations, and your result on the global leaderboard.

Four ways to race

  • The Track Race: twelve 400m runs and twelve exercises, solo, as a pair or in a relay team.
  • The Deadly Sprint: the Deadly Dozen cut in half - twelve 200m runs, half the reps, the same weights. A good first race.
  • Gym races: the twelve exercises inside affiliated gyms, and most have no running at all - rowing, ski or bike ergs instead.
  • With friends: pairs split the exercises, relay teams take turns, so the work is shared.
