Every item is printed to order by our print partner and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. UK delivery for one of these is £4.07 and arrives in about 5 to 11 working days. Other countries are priced at checkout. Checkout shows when your order should arrive before you pay, and you get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

Not arrived? If your order has not reached you 21 days after it was dispatched (35 days outside the UK and Europe), email us and we will trace it. If it has been lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Changed your mind? You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery. Email us first, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the item and the original delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back. We check every return when it arrives: if it has been worn, washed or damaged, we reduce the refund by the value it has lost. You pay the return postage. Returns come back to our headquarters in Macclesfield, United Kingdom.

Faulty, misprinted or damaged in the post? Email us as soon as you notice, and within 30 days of delivery, with photos of the fault, the label inside and the parcel it came in. We check every claim with our print partner, and may ask you to send the item back at our cost. Once it is confirmed, we send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Wear, washing and accidental damage are not faults.
