Who you are buying from

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is priced for your country and shown before you pay. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure page run by Stripe: we never see your card details. Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and you see the confirmation page, and your receipt follows by email.

Made to order, and delivery

Every item is printed to order by our print partner, Printful, and dispatched within a few working days. How long delivery takes depends on your country. Checkout shows when your order should arrive before you pay, and you get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be charged local import taxes or duties on arrival.

Not arrived? If your order has not reached you 21 days after it was dispatched (35 days outside the UK and Europe), email us and we will trace it. If it has been lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you.

Want to cancel? Email us straight away. If your order has not gone to print yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Changing your mind

Changed your mind? You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery. Email us first, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the item and the original delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back. You pay the return postage.

To return an item, email info@deadlydozen.com with your name and what you would like to send back, and we will reply with the returns address. We refund to the card or account you paid with. Buying for size? Check the size guide on each product first; anything that does not fit can come back under these 14 days.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items

Faulty, damaged or misprinted? Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You will not need to send it back.

Your rights, and the law

Nothing here affects your legal rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
