Deadly Dozen arrives at One Leisure, St Ives Outdoor and Gym on 22 August 2026, bringing the UK's original fitness race to Cambridgeshire for one unforgettable day of strength, speed and grit.
The challenge is simple to understand and brutally hard to master: 12 × 400m runs, each followed by one of 12 demanding exercise stations — the Labours. From the first lap to the final rep, the clock keeps running.
Take it on Solo, race side by side in Pairs, or share the work in a four-person Relay. However you enter, the same start line and all twelve Labours are waiting.
Race it your way
Pairs and Relays can be Same-Sex or Mixed (Mixed Relay: 2x Male + 2x Female). Mixed Pairs use the Male weights; Mixed Relays use the weights specific to their sex.
Solo
1 Athlete
Just you against all twelve. The purest test of grit — set your time, chase the ranking, earn the finish.
Pairs
2 Athletes
Tackle it shoulder to shoulder. Run all 12 Laps together and split the Labours however you like - beat the race as a team.
Relay
4 Athletes
Race as a team of four. Complete 1 Lap and 1 Labour, then tag in the next team member; each team member completes 3 Laps and 3 Labours.
Simple. Brutal. Addictive.
At its core, Deadly Dozen is deliberately simple.
