One simple, no-contract, no-joining-fee Membership gives you full access to our world-class open gym, expert-led classes, and complete recovery facilities, including a sauna and ice baths. Membership and day passes enable individuals to train at any time, attend all classes, and utilise all of the recovery facilities.

Fitness Racing Class

Our Fitness Racing classes are designed for everyone, not just competitors, but for anyone who loves to train hard, move well, and achieve results. You don’t need to be a racer to experience the thrill of fitness racing. Each session combines resistance exercises with cardio to create the most complete full-body conditioning workout you’ll ever do.

Every class is scalable, intelligent, and coached, meaning you can push to your own limit while still training like an athlete. Expect a mix of endurance, speed, power, and strength as you rotate through exercises from the world’s best fitness races: Hyrox, Deka, Deadly Dozen, and beyond.

Whether your goal is to compete, improve your engine or body composition, or simply feel fitter than ever before, Fitness Racing will get you there. You’ll build a stronger heart, sharper mind, and tougher body — all in an atmosphere that celebrates effort over ego.

Hybrid Strength Class

Our Hybrid Strength classes are designed to build strength, muscle, and muscular endurance. These sessions combine the best of traditional strength training with the athletic intensity of functional fitness. You’ll learn how to lift correctly, move efficiently, and develop the kind of strength that translates directly into performance, both during a race and in everyday life.

Each session combines barbell work, sled work, carries, and accessory resistance training to target every major muscle group, improving strength and power while reducing your risk of injury. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lift heavier, move faster, or feel stronger, our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way, ensuring measurable, sustainable progress.

The beauty of Hybrid Strength is that it’s for everyone. Every lift can be scaled to your current ability, making it just as effective for newcomers as it is for seasoned lifters.
