The Road to UK Championships
UK Championships represent the pinnacle of fitness racing in the United Kingdom, where the fastest athletes from across the country compete on a single start line.
Taking place at Alexander Stadium, Birmingham, the UK’s largest athletics stadium, the Championships will bring together the nation’s strongest competitors to battle head-to-head for national titles and a share of £60,000 in prize money.
Qualification races take place across the country, but April marks the final opportunity to secure your place on the Championship start line.

Solo
SATURDAY
Athletes race solo to crown the UK’s fastest fitness racer.

Pairs
SUNDAY
Two athletes split the work racing for the podium.

Teams of four rotate, each doing one task per turn.

Qualification for UK Championships is earned through official races across the UK before May 1st 2026.
