The Track Race is built around a simple format:

12 × 400m runs + 12 labours

What started in Macclesfield as the first fitness racing track event has grown into a global race format, now delivered in countries worldwide.

The concept remains the same everywhere — easy to understand, accessible to all, and consistent wherever you race.

Beyond the standard Track Race and Youth format, we also deliver three additional variations:

Deadly Gross
12 full Track Races completed back-to-back — a true test of endurance across 12 × (12 runs + 12 labours).

Deadly Ruck
The standard Track Race
format, completed while wearing a ruck vest:
10kg (male) / 6kg (female).

Deadly Mile
A short-format race over one mile:
400m Walking Lunges - 400m Burpee Broad Jumps - 400m Bear Crawl - 400m Run

Gym Race

Deadly Dozen Gym Races take the core principles of the Track Race and bring them inside your gym. No barriers. No complex equipment. Just straightforward hybrid racing that any athlete can access. With multiple formats—ERG-based, strength-based, endurance-focused or strength—you can choose how you want to challenge yourself.
