Deadly Dozen delivers a complete fitness racing ecosystem across track and gym environments, designed to test endurance, strength, and overall athletic capability.

The flagship Deadly Dozen Track Race pairs 12 x 400m runs with 12 Labours. It can be raced Solo, Pairs, or Relay, alongside expanded formats including Deadly Mile, Deadly Ruck, Deadly Youth, and the ultra-endurance Deadly Gross.

Inside gyms worldwide, Deadly Dozen hosts a growing range of race formats, including Deadly Strong, Deadly Fitness Test (DFT), and multiple ERG-based races incorporating rowing, skiing, biking, or air bike intervals between Labours. Strength-focused competition is delivered through Deadly Barbell, adding a pure lifting format to the race calendar.
