Deadly Fitness Test (DFT)
The DFT is 50% of the Deadly Dozen and only uses the 6 x Rep Labours.
For the 6 labours, you do the superset of Run/Row Erg/Ski Erg etc….. (choose one and stick with it). Start with the journey and then in between each labour, finishing with the Devil Press.
