DEADLY BARBELL is a Deadly Gym Meet that consists of a lifter working up to 2 rep maxes on 6 different lifts within 60 minutes. The Lifts: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Deadlift, Strict Press, Squat and Bench Press. Simple variations of the Olympic lifts can be performed, and lifters can work up to their 2 rep maxes however they see fit.
