Athletes move through a continuous sequence of 12 x 400m runs and 12 x functional labours, pushing aerobic capacity and muscular endurance to the limit. Every lap brings you back to the centre, where the work is waiting — no hiding, no let-up. It’s fast, intense and brutally honest, rewarding those who can maintain pace, composure and output under fatigue.
