Deadly Dozen lands at Macclesfield Leisure Centre

Deadly Dozen is returning to Macclesfield.

Deadly Dozen returns to its Macclesfield roots on 1 August, bringing the UK's original fitness race back to the town where it all began. Runners take on 12 x 400m laps paired with 12 gruelling exercise stations — the Labours — testing strength, speed and grit in one continuous race, right on the UKA-accredited track at Macclesfield Leisure Centre.

Whether you're racing Solo, teaming up in Pairs, or building a Relay squad, Deadly Dozen Macclesfield is your chance to test yourself at the home of the race that started it all.

Pairs and Relays can be Same-Sex or Mixed (Mixed Relay: 2x Male + 2x Female). Mixed Pairs use the Male weights; Mixed Relays use the weights specific to their sex.

Solo

1 Athlete

Just you against all twelve. The purest test of grit — set your time, chase the ranking, earn the finish.
